Our intention?
To give you perspective and tools that help you make the impact you want, in the moments that matter most.
If you’re a working parent, and you’ve ever wondered if you’re showing up the way people truly need you — let me tell you, you’re not alone!
Balancing the pull of home and work can be tough. And the messages we see all around us – the shiny IG posts, the “having it all” myths, only make it harder.
So, should we just grit our teeth and keep pushing through, even though it doesn’t always feel good or sustainable? No. You – and the people you love and work with – deserve more.
In this workshop, we’ll:
Shine a light on the many ways you’re being called to show up for both your kids and your colleagues. Highlighting the similarities so you can draw strength from both domains of your life.
Practice how to read a situation and respond in a way that fits – whether that’s offering advice, cheering someone on, or asking a question.
Hold a deep respect for both of the worlds you hold — your home and your work — and support you in showing up in ways that build the trust and relationships you want.
This session will be led by Dr. Chloe Massey, Child Development Expert, and Jill Wicklund, Career and Executive Coach. Together, they will weave in stories, examples, and mindsets that have helped their clients (and themselves) navigate these very challenges.
Every parenting-and-career journey is different, so we’ll leave time for reflection, spotlight coaching, and Q&A.
